A brief about the company:

Flipkart is an e-commerce company founded in 2007 by Sachin Bansal and Binny Bansal. The company is

registered in Singapore, but has its headquarters in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Flipkart now employs
more than 33000 people.

ABOUT INSTAKART

InstaKart Services Private Limited is a company registered in India having its registered office in
koramangala, bangalore. InstaKart is a logistic entity of Flipkart. Flipkart’s logistics arm was moved to WS
Retail in 2012 (due to FDI issues) and now has been bought back through a new entity called InstaKart
Services Pvt Ltd. Flipkart’s Logistic Business goes by the Brand name ‘EKART’ which deliver product to the
Customer.
 

A brief about the role:

The role of a Team Leader operations would require the following skills:

 Managerial Skills: Managing all ground operations

 Leadership Skills: Supervising associates and managing a team of field folks under
them as per Operational Standards. The Team Leader will ensure that Customers
experience High Quality Delivery Service.

 Strong Communication and Street Smartness: Interacting with various stakeholders in

the value chain from a customer, to a Department Heads and to a vendor

Remuneration: CTC starting from 3.5 Lakhs (Approx).

(3 Lakh as Total Base Pay and 40 Thousand as Retention Pay and Rest Statutory Compliance)

Interview Process :

1.Aptitude Test (Written Test and Case Study) -( Cut off 75%)
2.Group Discussion (Cut off 75%)
3. Personal Round Interview with Panel
