1. Inside Sales

 
Job Description.
 

 Understand the company’s product and service portfolio

 Talk to prospects and customers about their requirements
 Make and give sales presentations
 Recommend business solutions that help the customer with their requirement
 Make proposals – determine scope, solution, pricing strategies and terms and
conditions
 Negotiating proposals with prospects/customers
 Maintaining client data and reports on online sales management system
 Visit customers and evaluate needs or promote company’s portfolio
 Work with internal teams (operations) during project execution
 Nurture prospects to become customers

CTC: 3.6 to 4.2 LPA

2. Management Trainees

 Ability to absorb new learning and apply on the job

 Ability to understand the context through effective questioning & listening
 A history of remarkable achievement
 Ability to learn complex concepts quickly and communicate those concepts in a
easy to understand manner
 High degree of energy and great work ethics

The job role involves communicating and consulting with customers online and providing
the right training solutions for their global workforce.
