1) We need to know and understand about the target audience a little before starting the

preparation for event as it helps us to filter the topics which reduces the last moment rush.
2) If we are able to organize more activities for the audience then they will be more engaged in the
event.
3) If required all the different department people can come together and work to increase the
effectiveness.
4) From the previous event we can understand that if our target audience is young then we should
use more gifs and videos.
5) If possible team members need to work in parallel manner with maintaining continuous
communication, like while 2-3 people are working on a single ppt, they should be in a call so that
any issues can be solved then and there with no delay and editing will also be smooth.
