Colonel Bleep, Squeak, and Scratch want to have a home. Squeak had made a sketch of
what he wants his house to look like. Colonel Bleep then builds the houses for Squeak,
Scratch, and himself as well as his laboratory for experiments and research with the
power of Futonic energy from the future. Then, Colonel Bleep takes Squeak and Scratch
to Earth to see the Belgian Congo (the Democratic Republic of the Congo) to learn about
it.
