I am familiar with Nezha Bakdid based on my experience with her in several Early Childhood
courses. I have watched her grow and become a strong teacher candidate who is able to model
developmentally appropriate practice to young children.

Nezha is a conscientious student who is always well prepared and completes tasks accurately
with care. The quality of her work demonstrates that she has a command of the teaching-
learning-assessing process. When interacting with young children, Nezha was able to nurture
the multimodal nature of young children’s learning by engaging all their senses and utilizing
varied approaches to learning. She is also willing to take suggestions, modify lesson plans and
experiment with different teaching strategies.

In summary, Nezha Bakdid is a very capable, responsible, reflective and caring individual. I am
very confident that she will be an excellent teacher.
