Marketing Strategy
● Charcoal Corporation was established with the purpose of increasing profits in the
charcoal production and distribution line of business in Bulacan, and we will go to
any span to ensure that we sell our charcoal both in retail and wholesale to a broad
range of clients who use coal stoves and coal furnaces, along with other things.
Charcoal Corporation will generate income by simply selling charcoal; we are in the
charcoal production and distribution line of business in Bulacan.

Mission
● Our mission is to establish a highly competitive, environmentally friendly, and
growing charcoal production and distribution company whose goods can be found in
all of San Ildefonso's barangays. We intend to create a company that will be one of
Bulacan's largest producers. And also to provide long-term jobs for Filipinos while
also having a good impact on the environment through recycling organic waste.

Vision
● As a charcoal producer and distributor, our vision is to become the most successful
company in this field in San Ildefonso, Bulacan.

Use of Funds:
The Char Corporation (Char.Co) plans to borrow up to ₱1,000,000 to fund growth,
including manufacturing equipments, further develop its distributor network, purchase raw
goods to meet the demand of new product introductions, expand its employee and distributor
base, and provide marketing capital for the new products.

Products and Services:


There are no variations in our Charpoop when it comes to its size and packaging. Our
Charpoop can be purchased in only one size, and the size of our charpoop is 7.5cm and its
only shape is cube. Charpoop costs 48 pesos per dozen, and you can also buy 6 pcs worth 24
pesos.
