Conditions for the award of a grant:


1. Only projects which have not yet reached the printing stage when the grant is approved can be considered
for a grant.
2. A grant will only be given for works which are translated from the original German text.
3. The publisher of the translation undertakes to name the Goethe-Institut as a sponsor in the publisher’s
imprint in the book and to print the Goethe-Institut logo. Failing this, the Goethe-Institut reserves the right
not to pay the grant.
