Introduction-

● Need in terms of geographical conditions/requirements, Location etc.
● Why the topic is required as per your opinion.

Aim-
● Expected final outcome.
You need to clearly describe what your intentions are and what you hope to achieve.

Objectives
● Analysis of topography, climatic conditions
● Studying bylaws
● Analytical study of Project requirements

Scope
● Focusing on the outcome & what areas you will be covering in this topic.
It is important to narrow down your thesis topic and limit the scope of your study.

Limitations
● Limitations in terms of requirements
● Limited access to resources
● Time, environment etc. constraints

Limitation is used to make study better and more feasible.

Project Requirements

● Include requirements for your Topic

You can check the requirements from your book or online case study.

NOTES -
1. Students should do two live case studies & two Book/online case studies.
2. Minimum built-up area of the project should be 5000 Sq.mt.
3. Avoid the topics which were done last year as it is not allowed as per SSPU
guidelines.
4. Avoid overlapping of the topic with the topic selection of other students to avoid
copying the design or content as per SBPCOAD standards.
5. Give two site options also from which, best site can be selected in terms of its
location and other parameters.
