Task 2/ 250 words/ 40mins

While recruiting a new employee, the employer should pay more attention to
their personal qualities, rather than qualifications and experience. To what
extent do you agree or disagree? Give your opinion and include relevant
examples.
ANSWER:
Some recruiters opine that the more emphasis should be given to the personal traits of an employee
rather than the education and past experiences while hiring them. This contentious topic has been
arisen because of the diversity in the workforce of an organization. However, in my opinion
experience and knowledge is much more important than the one’s behavior for the company.

These days recruiting the employees for a company becomes the complex task for the human
resource managers. Although, while hiring the employees for the organization the education
certificates and experiences of employees help the company in saving its time and resources. When
already trained workforce enters in in company then they do not need anykind of training to acquire
skill sets of the particular field. For instance, if a company hires the employee for a mangerial
designiation with good personal behaviors but lacking in the education then the employee needs the
vocational training to acquire the knowledge about the duties of the manager and this may also result
in that he or she may not able to perform well as they started to acquinted as compared to those who
have degrees and experience
