Important Notice for Mid Term examination (EPHY206L)

In connection with the Mid Term Examination of EPHY206L (Optics and Lasers) please read the
following instructions carefully:

1. The Mid Term examination will be of 1 hour duration from 2 pm to 3 pm on March 16, 2021.
2. This will be a closed book, closed notes examination.
3. The Question Paper will be emailed to all the students a few minutes before the start of the
examination.
4. Please ensure that your CAMERA and MICROPHONE are switched on throughout the
duration of the examination. Failure to follow this instruction may be considered as use of
unfair means in the examination.
5. After completion of the examination, please email me the scanned copy of the answer script
to my Bennett University email address within 5 minutes of the end of the examination.
Answer scripts received after 3:05 pm will not be evaluated.
6. Please name the file in the following format:
NAME_ENTRY_NUMBER_MID_TERM_EPHY206L
7. Please do not forget to write your name and entry number on the first page of your answer
script.
8. Please scan all the pages in sequence in the portrait mode only and mail me a pdf.
