Hospitalisation Scheme

All active Malaysian students in campus, having semester break or undergo internship programme are
eligible to receive benefits as per below-mentioned scheme. The scheme is protected by TKP/SWF and
only applicable for any admission to the Government Hospital. Please take note that the below scheme
valid for inpatient treatment.

SCHEDULE OF BENEFITS COVERAGE

Room & Board – Govt. Hospital As charged

Daily Maximum up to – 60 Days

Intensive Care unit As charged

Daily Maximum up to – 30 Days

Hospital Miscellaneous Service (Maximum per disability) As charged

Surgical Fees (Maximum per disability) As charged

Emergency outpatient Accidental Treatment (Follow up within 14 days of As charged

first treatment)

Emergency sickness Treatment between 12 midnight to 6 a.m Only As charged

OVERALL MAXIMUM LIMIT PER ANUM 5, 000.00

No benefit whatsoever shall be payable for any medical treatment received by the students outside
Malaysia.

* Please be informed that the mentioned scheme is not an insurance scheme. It is a part of TKP/SWF scheme. TKP/SWF is a fund where the
University assist underprivileged students.
