1. During school visit, assessor will check
documents, do observation, and
interview of point #1 until #15 to verify
the data school uploaded to Sispena
(Accreditation Evaluation System).
2. If there is a discrepancy between the
data submitted and the reality, then the
school will be given status of NOT
accredited.
SPK Acreditation Instruments consist of 3 groups:
1. Group of Administrative Requirements (Necessary
Condition items)
This group consists of 15 items (number 1-15) as administrative
requirements which must be fulfilled before the visit.
2. Group of General Evaluation items
This group consists of 14 items (number 16-29). Eleven items in
this group has multiple optional answers (A, B, C, and D), and 3
items has binary optional answers (A and B).
3. Group of Subject Evaluation items
This group consists of 10 items (number 30-39) where all have
multiple optional answers (A, B, C, and D)

(Necessary condition: #1 until #15)


1. School has valid SPK license from the minister
of MOEC based on the recommendation of
relevant Directorate General

Evidence:
1) SPK operational license from the minister based on
the recommendation of relevant Directorate
General.
2) Statement letter from Head of SPK regarding the
validity of data in the accreditation instruments of
Surat pernyataan kpproved by Head of Foundation.
3) List of all students in the current year.
2. SPK has valid Letter of Agreement with LPA
(education partner which is accredited or
recognized in its country of origin).

School meets the requirement of verse 9 Ministerial


Decree 31/2014 regarding the faculty staffs

Evidence:
1) Composition of number of Indonesian faculty staff
must be minimal of 30% (thirty percent) of the total
number of teachers at school and the number of non-
Indonesian faculty staff must be maximal of 70%
(seventy percent) of the total number of teachers at
school;
2) Indonesian teachers:
a. must have bachelor/diploma degree from an
accredited/recognized university
b. subject teachers must have linier education
background and have experience in teaching
proven by a confirmation letter;
3). Non-Indonesian teachers:
a) must have a bachelor degree from a university that is
accredited/recognized in its country with linier education
background and equipped with certificate which is relevant to
his/her subject
b) have a minimum 5 (five) years of teaching;
c) foreign language teacher at SPK is a native speaker and/or
person who has a teaching certificate for that language;
d) SPK teacher is preferably those who understands Indonesian
culture and or local culture where the school is located;
e) Permit for non-Indonesian teachers is only given to teachers of
certain subjects according to regulations issued by the relevant
ministry;
f) Permit of foreign teachers is issued by the Ministry of Labor
and Transmigration after getting a recommendation/approval
from the Ministry of Education and Culture ;
g) Other requirements needs to be fulfilled by foreign teachers:
1) Physically and mentally health and drug free.
2) Confirmation letter from a psychiatrist/psychologist
stating that the teacher has no indication of behavior or
sexual orientation disorder;
3) Not consuming and not under the influence of alcohol
when at school or when teaching;
4) Not involved in political activities, Tidak terlibat dalam
klandestein, religious propaganda and fund raising,
proven by a Statement Letter from the teacher and
acknowledged by School Principal or Head of
Foundation;
5) It’s compulsory to have an Indonesian teacher buddy
6) in the context of transfer of science and technology;
7) Must follow the code of ethics and statutory provisions
that apply to teachers;
8) Teaching age limit, maximum 60 years; SPK or
Foundation must apply a fair remuneration system
between Indonesian and non-Indonesian teachers;
9) Able to speak Indonesian by referring to BIPA score;
6. Teacher qualification (Indonesian and non-
Indonesian) minimum equivalent to S1 or D-IV.

b. Learning resources technician, librarian, medical staffs,
laboratory assistant, and IT staffs can be Indonesian or non-
Indonesian with minimum D3 (equivalent) relevant education
background;
Non-Indonesian teachers:
a. Confirmation letter from a psychiatrist/psychologist stating that
the teacher has no indication of behavior or sexual orientation
disorder;
b. Not consuming and not under the influence of alcohol when at
school or when teaching;
c. Not involved in political activities, Tidak terlibat dalam
klandestein, religious propaganda and fund raising, proven by a
Statement Letter from the teacher and acknowledged by School
Principal or Head of Foundation;

apply a fair remuneration system between Indonesian and non-
Indonesian staffs;

coordinator with master degree/magister or
has minimum 5 years experience in being a
school principal in other country.

height is 15 cm maximum.
