Each one of us always has a busy schedule.

It is always good to get enough sleep-in order to be


able to carry out our daily activities. However, most people don’t get enough sleep during the
night because there is always a lot of noise at night coming from various sources, such as people
and moving cars, especially for people living in cities.

Furthermore, we live in a diverse environment where we are also close to different types of
people. Our neighbors carry out different activities at different times. For example, when one
individual is enjoying sleep, another close neighbor may be doing cleaning or playing loud
music, which produces a loud noise, causing disturbance.

Also, noise during the night may be as a result of children playing as well as people holding
discussions. All these noises always affect our sleep and we may not have enough sleep.
