Introduction: mind mapping was made by Muhammad Fatur Rafi Naufal, using software

namely Corel Draw. This mind mapping explains the teacher by my point of view, and I must be
like this in the future.

a teacher has three points to be a good teacher. namely personality, skills, and knowledge.

1. Personality.

a teacher must have personality, first the teacher is a leader so that he can lead the students
well. the second is kind, with this kind heart will make students love him. the third is
assertive and the fourth is professional.

2. Knowledge.

The teacher's knowledge is divided into two namely teaching and students.

a. Teaching.

in teaching a teacher must be able to theory, practice, and provide memorization for
students.

b. Student.

The teacher must know the personality of the student, from the minimum name, ability
and character. other than that it must know the student group.

3. Skills.

some skills that must be owned by a teacher, specifically:

a. Motivator.

a teacher must be able to motivate himself, students, parents, and colleagues.

b. Communicator.

communication is the most important thing for a teacher, if good communication is done by a
teacher then his students will definitely like it.

c. Educator.

a teacher who teaches must be balanced, the intention is not to distinguish students from one
another, teaching must be given to all students.
d. Manager.

a teacher must be smart to manage, in terms of students, namely the process and discipline.
