Apples

Five
Senses
Directions:
Use these mini-posters during a lesson
on the five senses. It is a perfect unit
for September! During our apple unit, we
use apples to experiment using our five
senses: sense of hearing, sight, touch,
smell, and finally taste.

We begin by examining the apples by

looking at them and describe what we
see. Then we touch the apples and feel
them, listen to the sounds they make.
We smell them. Lastly, we taste them.
We use the words on the mini posters to
describe our apples. Not all apples will
look the same or taste the same.

This is a fun way to practice using our

five senses along with any apple-themed
unit.
