ALL-OUT CARTE STREET

2. Explain why did you choose this title, how it relates to your group and
products.

We selected street food as the basis for our business plan. For instance, the
term "all-out" implies that our products are influenced by the street cuisine of
other countries. In contrast, the word Carte is a French word that signifies
MENU or LIST OF DISHES, therefore combining the two words yields List of
Dishes in a Street.

3. Think and propose three authentic food products that are not yet available
in the market. (Discuss the ingredients and nutrition content of it).

NoBap

This product is made up out of spam, egg,

and noodles wrapped in a Nori Sheet. It is
influenced by Korean street cuisine.

"No" is derived from the word noodles. 

Whereas "Bap" is drawn from the Korean
delicacy Kimbap, from which we will create
"Noodles Kimbap."

Meat Sticks

This product is produced with meat rather

than potatoes; we cut the meat into fries
shapes, roll it in flour, then dip fry them.

We can possibly add some sauces

created with healthy ingredients.
Pan De Crema Ube

Bread and ube are the main ingredients

in this product. We cut the bread into
three pieces to resemble a flower, and
then fill the middle with ube, afterwards,
we'll bake it.
