Vo(peak) = Vin(peak)- 1.4 V
Since 2 diodes are on in each half cycle.
The H.W rectifier circuit shown uses:
RL = 2.2 KΩ, C = 50 µF and Vth =0.7V. Calculate:
1. The peak to peak ripple voltage Vr(pp).
2. The DC output voltage (VDc).
3. The Ripple factor (r).
Vin(peak) = 115 𝟐= 163V
