OBJECTIVE 2

The lesson exemplar provided together with the learning resources were made to provide lessons with
the utilization of ICT to facilitate teaching and learning process.

OBJECTIVE 3

The following activity sheets came from a teacher’s mode and it promotes critical and creative thinking
which enables the students to practice their higher order thinking skills.

OBJECTIVE 4

The aforementioned lesson exemplar and learning activities cater individual differences of learners by
addressing to their interests and diverse back group such as the utilization of differentiated instruction.

OBJECTIVE 10

The following certificates were given as I attended numerous webinars and online training provided by
Department of Education and partner-organizations. These experiences helped me to develop my skill
and collaborate with other professionals.

OBJECTIVE 11

Reflection from experience is the best teacher. My reflection from my individual development plan from
IPCRF enables me to identify key areas to improve in my practices and the things that I need to maintain.
It helps me see my strengths and weaknesses and allows me to see the importance of trainings I have
undergone.

OBJECTIVE 12

There are so may key factors that made me move forward this pandemic, such as training from different
webinars to utilized the use of IT.

REFLECTION

In this very challenging school year, I was able to attend a lot of webinars conducted by the Regional
Office, Division Office, and our school itself. Some of these webinars helped us a lot to embrace the new
normal in education but honestly speaking there were times I felt these webinars were an additional
burden for us. But instead of looking at the negative side, I tried to focus on my goal as a teacher. I
believe that continuous learning is a must in my profession. Furthermore, I am very thankful for the
things that I have learned especially the new ways of teaching strategies that I can use in this time of the
pandemic.
