The Habit of Smoking

The act of inhaling and exhaling the fumes of burning plant material is known as
smoking. Smoking a variety of plant materials, including marijuana and hashish, is
common, but the act is most commonly associated with tobacco. Tobacco has
nicotine, an addictive alkaloid that can stimulate psychoactive effects.Despite
medical and religious arguments smoking quickly spread to other areas and is now
widely practised all over the world.
Smoking is one of the world's most dangerous problems. Many addicted people all
over the world die from smoking. Many people continue this awful activity as just a
combination of stress. Some people started this to have a good time. Many negative
effects on the human body are caused by smoking. Cancer, heart diseases and
many other problems are caused by smoking. And also there is a fact that it shortens
your life by ten years or more
Nicotine is the main addictive substance in cigarettes and other forms of tobacco. It
is a drug that influence your brain. After entering the body nicotine comes to the
brain with in 10 seconds. It causes the brain to discharge adrenaline, which creates
a transitory buzz of delight and energy. After the fade of buzz you feel little down or
tired and you want that buzz again. That’s what leads to habit and addiction.
Cigarette smoking is the loss of both health and money. A major portion of a
person’s budget spent money on this evil. It also affect the body by turning the skin
yellow, producing an odor and making the skin age faster. It also causes disease
such as coronary heart disease, chronic obsrtructive pulmonary diseases and lung
cancer. Smoking in around consequences can now be dire and drastic to the
environment, your health and the others around you.
Smoking is a habit which people discover hard to stop. Many teens smoke in view of
sadness and stress, however they should know at this point that smoking kills you
from within the are numerous approaches to take care of issues like those yet one of
them isn't smoking. Individuals like youngsters don't think. SMOKING is BAD for
YOU!
Continuously attempt to stay away from what your friends say about smoking, simply
say Alhamdulillah by what Allah has given to you, So Alhamdulillah for everything,
and if it's not too much trouble, quit smoking.
