 You shall mention Transporter name, Vehicle No., and LR.No. in your invoice / delivery challan

 In case of part load consignment, you shall ask transporter to mention 30 days free demurrage
in the L.R copy.
 All dispatch documents must contain our clear P.O No. & Project reference.
 You shall mention clear dimensions (LxWxH) of consignment with gross weight and net weight
in your packing list.
 You shall send a copy of our Purchase order along with material.
