Dear Mr. Barker,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Hill-Roberts Elementary School PTO

to request a donation for an upcoming harvest party that is scheduled for
Monday, October 29th. We are planning to incorporate a harvest scene
for photography purposes as well as general event decorations and games
and are seeking donations of from local nurseries.

We estimate that approximately 400 students and family members will

attend the party. We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can
offer. In acknowledgement of your generous donation we will recognize
your contribution on our Hill-Roberts Elementary School PTO website and
the event flyer which will reach the families of all students enrolled in our
school, as well as during the event itself.

Our organization’s tax exempt number is 202-137-155. On behalf of the
