the plate of gold. Unfortunately as soon as
he touched the plate, it changed to basest

According to you, why had God
chosen the simple peasant as the most
deserving person to receive the plate
of gold?
According to me the simple peasant was
really simple. He believed in love for his
fellow men. When he saw the poor blind
beggar, he did not ignore him, but knelt by
him, took his hands in his own hands and
told him to have courage and trust in God.
The peasant did not believe in frivolous
things in life but believed in love and
worship.

CUMLOETHOG,
Imagine that you are the peasant.
Compose a short prayer to God, after
having received the plate of gold. Write
it using stylish handwriting.
God Almighty Father, How can I thank
you for your heavenly gift? I have no words
to express my thanks Dearest Lord. It is
all because of your love for me, and for all
mankind, that I received this gift to day.
Dearest Lord continue to be with me and
all your creations forever. Make me a better
person, show me how to love and care for
all those who are around me and most
importantly Lord help me to realise that
you are always there, helping and guiding
me.
Thank you dearest Lord.
