My simple attempt:

There are 27 nakstras & each nakstara has 4 padas. So, altogether there are 27×4=108 padas.

out of these 108 nakstras-quarters 24 are considered puskar navamsa-- highly auspicious.

--Each rashi contains two pushkas navamsas, ruled by moon, venus, mercury & jupiter.

--Out of 24 puskar navamsas, 3 are further strengthened by being vargottam.

** Now i'm mentioning very easy method to find out this puskar navamsa.

1) For firey signs rashis: If the planets are in fiery sign rashis i.e aries, leo & sagitarus in ur D1 chart &
same planet if placed in Libra or sagitarius rashis in ur D9 chart that planets are in pushkas navamsa.

2) For earthy signs: If planets are in earthy signs i.e 2,6,10 rashis & same planets if placed in pisces &
taurus rashi in ur D9 chart then they are in puskar navamsa.

3) For ariry signs : They are 3,7,11 rashis. same placement in D9 as earthy sign i.e in pisces & taurus.

4) For water signs: If planets are placed in watery signs i.e 4,8,12 rashis in D1 chart & if same planets are
placed in cancer or virgo sign in ur D9 chart then these planets are in pushkar navamsa.
