Step 3 :

Click on LOG IN again

Step 4:

Click on ACADEMIC PROGRAM

Step 5:

Click on WEBSITE
Step 6:

Scroll Down Until you see the below Screen

Step 7:

Under Students Click on Apply Now

Step 8:

Your Application Form will be Visible

Step 9 :

Fill the Empty Details

Name of the academic institution : VIDYA JYOTHI INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY

University Website : http://www.vjit.ac.in

Supporting Document 1 : UPLOAD YOUR COLLEGE ID CARD

Step 10:

Scroll Down to others and Fill the details as Below and Click on Next

How did you hear : Select PROFESSOR

Referral Name : Dr Siddhartha Ghosh

Referral Email : siddhartha@vjit.ac.in

Step 11 :

Terms and Conditions

Step 12 :

Scroll Down and Tick the Check box

Step 13 :

Click on Submit

With in Short Period of time you will get an Email from Qlik Team
