THIS WAS ONE OF VARIOUS LOBLAWS PROJECTS THAT I CURRENTLY WORKING ON AT ‘‘TURNER FLEISCHER ARCHITECTS’’. THIS WAS A MAJOR RENOVATION WHICH
INCLUDED A NEW ‘‘MOBILE SHOP’’ AND ‘‘PC EXPRESS’’ WHICH ARE USUALLY SEPARATE FEES AND SCOPES. MY RESPONSIBILITY WAS TO MODELL THE
ENTIRE STORE USING EXISITNG DRAWINGS, PRODUCE CONSIGNMENT PACKAGE, COORDINATE INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY WITH CONSULTANTS, REVIEW DETAILS
WITH STRUCTURAL, LEAD CLIENT MEETINGS IN TERMS OF DESIGN APPROVALS, AND SUBMIT FOR PERMIT AND TENDER.

WORKED ON MANY STANDARD INTERIOR FIT-OUT DETAILS, DESIGN ANALYSIS WITH THE CLIENT, SCHEDULE ‘C’ REVIEW, AND COORDINATION WITH CLIENT GROUPS
AND CONSULTANT.

STUDENT RESIDENCE:

THIS WAS THE FINAL THESIS PROJECT DURING MY THREE-MONTH RYERSON PROGRAM WHERE WE WERE INSTRUCTED TO DESIGN A SIX-STORY WOOD FRAME
CONSTRUCTION BUILDING. THE AIM WAS TO INTEGRATE AND USE WHAT WE HAVE LEARNT IN OUR PROGRAM TO DESIGN AND MODEL A BUILDING BY
IMPLEMENTING CODE, MATERIAL, AND BUILDING ENVELOPE ANALYSIS IN A 3 WEEK TIME SCHEDULE.
