Our group had done our study and research to explore the user of telecommunication

services from 1,000 student of public in rural area such as Klang Valley area. We can
conclude that the survey contained a variety of validated scales measuring constructs that
the extensive literature …..

From the data that have been summarise, the higher of the respondents (28.8%) are using
plus services. That`s mean most people use telecommunication services for mobile and
web. Basic services are the second highest source of user with 26.6%. While other are less
than 25 percent for each of them. Majority of the user respondents is female with more than
half with 51.7% while male slightly less than half with 48.3%. From the data, level of
education of user are student between five of group categories of student. High school
degree student the highest user with 28.70% while college student degree slightly lower with
23.40% and some college student is lower than college student degree with 20.90%. The
lowest amount the group are post-undergraduate degree student with 6.60%.

After executing this assignment the result shows that high school student is always the main
user among all the group while college degree student is second.
