G r e e t i n g s:

The undersigned are Third (3rd) year law students of Southern Bicol Colleges,
currently taking up Elective/Practicum under Pros. Joseph D.M. Angustia. Students
enrolled in the said subject are required to attend and observe the legal procedures/court
hearings for four (4) hours good for two (2) sessions, and thereafter submit a report
thereon as part of the course requirement.

In view of the foregoing, the undersigned students seek the permission of this
Honorable Court so that they may be allowed to: (i) attend and observe court hearings;
(ii) be issued a Certificate of Appearance in relation thereto; and (iii) subsequently
procure a photocopy of the court calendar for the said hearing day.
