Day 1st
Induction Session

In induction session we got to know various insights about VSM from Mr Anand Bhagwat Sir

We came to know the main reason or the thought process behind foundation of VSM

We got to about life of Tribal People

Major problems of tribal peoples

And VSM’s solution on those problems through various activities

We got to know about Board

From the very first day of my Internship, I get involved in knowing more and more about
VSM.
From the first day, we understood "How NGO actually works, "What are the working 
procedure VSM has adopted", "Establishment" etc
As on the first day, we felt so blessed for having interaction with Mr. Anand Bhagwat Sir.
We really felt mesmerized while interacting with him.
From Anand Sir, we got to know about each and every little detailed information that in
reality tribal people are facing and the actual solution on it.

Week 1st

I got to know that VSM is working on social work. But when I actually experienced VSM's
work I really felt that VSM is doing not only the social work but it's all "Beyond social
work..."
VSM works on transforming the lives of the people who live in the rural region.
Talking about my learning through this one month I understood the working procedure of
VSM. I learned SOP's of the work involved. 
I have gone through SOP documents and created Excel sheets. I have created a rough flow
chart of the activities that are involved. 
Apart from this, I have created presentations of VSM which was by thoroughly understanding
of NGO & its work. 
Week 2nd

Another task was given about calling to members of VSM for the collection of annual fees.
I've created an Excel sheet with the help of Nikita Ma'am. She was so supportive in all tasks
that we were doing. From telecalling I've learned how to have telephonic interaction in a very
formal manner. 

Week 3rd

We also had an interaction with Mr. Jagdish Sir. We have gathered some points which we
will share with Jagdish Sir about social media. 
Apart from all this, I have gained knowledge about project management, practical
knowledge, Construction of Check dams, how desilting is done. 
I have gained presentation skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills which will surely
help me to have a better exposure in my upcoming career

Week 4th

And on 26-12-2021 I have visited all the work that VSM has done on the field. Through that
visit, I actually got very insightful things about VSM. I've created a presentation based on
Visit which I'm gonna present on 5th Jan 2022

.
And also we learned how to stay energized because of Anand Sir. And thanks to Tungare Sir
for considering us for this opportunity
