Procedure:
Greeting of guest:
On seeing a guest, the staff is greeting the guest depending on the time of the day along
with a smile.
Use the guest's name when known

Staffs have to greet the guest with a smile depending on the time of the day:
00.00 – 11.59 - “Good morning”
12.00 – 17.59 - “Good afternoon”
18.00 – 23.59 - “Good evening”
Precautions:
Leave the DND (Do not Disturb) rooms undisturbed.
If the guest is found sleeping, withdraw from the room quietly.
If the housekeeping work is in progress and the guest returns from outside,
greet him and ask if the guest would like to return in some time.
