● Each participant must attend ZOOM


Meeting 15 minutes before the event
time specified via the link provided by
the committee.
Final Presentation Rules

● Participants will wait in the Main Room, and will do the final presentation in
the Breakout Room.
● Each group is given 10 minutes for presentation and 10 minutes for a
question and answer session with the judges.
● During the presentation, participants MUST wear polite and neat clothes.
● Participants are not allowed to show their institutional background in any
form.
● Participants MUST change ZOOM name format to “[Group Name]_Name”.
Waiting Room Rules
(Main Room)

● If participants want to ask questions, they can raise hands on ZOOM first
or directly ask through chat box.

● Participants will be called to get ready by the committee several minutes


before their turn for presentation.

● The limit for calling participants are only 3 times, the rest will be
considered as walkouts ( eliminated from the competition ).
Presentation Room Rules
(Breakout Room)
● Presentation will be conducted in the Breakout Room.
● Participants MUST turn on the camera and use COMPUTERUN
2.0 virtual background.
● All communications MUST be in English.
● Participants are given 5 minutes to get ready. If within 5
minutes participants are ready, then participants are allowed to
start the presentation immediately.
Presentation Room Rules (Breakout Room)

● There are 3 bells that will sound to indicate the time :


■ The first bell, indicates that participants MUST start the
presentation
■ The second bell, indicates that the presentation session is
over and participants MUST continue to the question and
answer session.
■ The third bell, indicates the question and answer session is
over.
● There will be a 10 minutes countdown timer for each presentation &
QnA session in the breakout room to indicate the remaining time.
● Participants can leave the presentation room and ZOOM Meeting after
completing all the session.
● The judge's decision is final and cannot be changed for any reason.
