1) Working during pandemic COVID-19 outbreak Potential exposure to COVID-19 Ensure to wear face mask all the time
Ensure physical distancing of 1 meter is follow when carry out the
work
Sanitize hand frequently.
2) To inform Abbott coordinator/PIC before starting work and discuss Communication error Get relevant work permit and get approval and discuss PIC
work plan
3) Unloading material and tools Trip and fall hazard Arranged tools in place
Only authorized workers are allowed at workplace
3) Clean the unit Chemical hazard Wear gloves
Waste produce Gloves and wipes using with IPA throw inside scheduled waste
bin
4) To use sampling point/valve for calibration process Water leaking potential Use correct tools and fittings.
Be careful and wear safety shoes
5) Power up transmitter reference Electrical hazard Ensure plug is dry and use portable ELCB
6) Final inspection and housekeeping Physical injury Inform PIC after job completion.
Ensure workplace clean and no rubbish.
