Received SIXTY thousand pesos (₱60,000), from Mr JERILL BAUTISTA LAYCO

(JERILL), of legal age, and a resident of 946 ZULUETA STREET CABANATUAN CITY
NUEVA ECIJA, as DOWN payment of an assembled 4 by 2 EVERYWAGON LOADED
TRANSFORMER MULTI-CAB (multi cab), worth a total of ₱290,000- full price of the
MULTI CAB; and the balance of ₱230,000 will be paid by JERILL to Ma. TERESA D.
ABARICO (Teresa), in 24 equal installments, each at ₱9,583/month.

Every installments will be due, every 30th day, on the month, after the
Teresa’s release of the multi – cab to JERILL or his for 24 straight months or until
the full price of the multi-cab is paid, fully, without the need of demand, from
Teresa, either verbal or written.

Mrs. Ma. TERESA D. ABARICO or any of her authorized representative, undertakes

to-

 deliver the assembled MULTI CAB

to either JERILL or his authorized
agent, within six (6) to seven (7)
weeks, from the signing of this
Receipt and Agreement.
 Execute the absolute DEED of sale,
over the foregoing MULTI CAB
upon the completion of the
foregoing 24 month equal
installments.
