1. This pertains to the conduct of 1 (one) day Video Editing Training and
Seminar via Zoom by Information Technology Office on October 20, 2020 (Tuesday)
at 8:30 AM.

2. In this regard, the following offices/units are tasked as indicated:

a. ITO
1) Office of Primary Responsibility;

2) Submit After Activity Report; and

3) Perform other tasks as directed.

b. RPRMD
1) Issue appropriate orders for the participants; and

2) Perform other tasks as directed.

3. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Uniform: Uniform of the day;

b. Participants are required to bring and prepare the following:

1.) Laptop;

2.) Zoom Application (ID: 856 0284 0941, Password: 948223);

3.) 1 (One) Sample PowerPoint presentation; and

4.) Any music file in mp3 format.

c. Lateral coordination among tasks offices/units is highly encouraged.
