Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports
facilities. Others, however say that this would have little effect on public health and that other measures
are required.

There are a lot of ways to improve public health. Some people say we can do sports activity to improve
our health such as : swimming, yoga, playing basketball and so on. And they also suggest to improve
public health by increasing the number of sports facilities. But there are also people says that improve
would have little effect on public health and that other measures are required. I agree with the idea to
improve public health by increasing the number of sports facilities but we need to concern more about
what kind of sport that is really can improve our health.

Swimming is one of the best sport that being suggested by doctors to improve our health and there are
less of side effect from swimming. People with heart disease can use this sport for their treatment and
also for people who have asthma. We can practice how to breath in good way while swimming. Not only
for train how to breath but also we can stretch our muscle without produce sweat.

Walking or running also one of activity that suggested by doctors for people that have a disease like
heart disease and obesity. To maximize the result from walking, we need a standardized walking track.
With this kind of track, people can walk or run more comfortable.

In short, before we construct sport facilities, we need to think about what kind of sport that really
healthy and can be used by people who have some disesase. Swimming, walking and running is some of
the best sport that suggested by doctors. So to support this sport, we need to improve or build some
sport facilities such as swimming pool and walking or running track.
