• EXPERT ADVISOR
- Use best of one’s knowledge and experience
- Advise should be only in the interest of client

• GENERAL MANAGER
- Has to co-ordinate activities of various agencies
- Must be honest in his role

• AUDITOR
- Has to certify payments to the contractors, checking bill of
quantities
- Must be selfless and impartial

• SUPERVISOR
- Regularly visits the sites
- Check on the work to be carried out as per conditions and
proper specifications

• UMPIRE
- In dispute between owner and contractor
- Should not be bias for any of the parties

- Work should be responsible for the society’s betterment

• EDUCATOR
- Should educate society & client to improve quality of living
and environment
