1. Advisory Class: Grade 8 SPA SALONGA Enrolled. 29 students: 7 Boys and 22 Girls.
2. Grade 8 MAPEH Sections handled enrolled:
8-SALONGA: 29 students, 8-ROSE: 41 students, 8-VANDA: 43 students, 7-THEATER ARTS: 2
students, 9-THEATER ARTS: 4 students.

1. November 8, 2021 Attended the PNS Virtual Flag Raising Ceremony.

2. November 9, 2021 Attended the Disaster Preparedness Webinar.
3. November 10, 2021 Attended the Virtual Meeting of MAPEH Department with Sir Caralipio.
4. November 15, 2021 Attended the PNS Virtual Flag Raising Ceremony.
5. November 15, 2021 Attended the GAD Webinar on CSC and Pag-ibig.
6. November 16-19, 2021 Attended the PDET with the PNS Guidance Councilors.
7. November 19, 2021 Attended the Virtual Meeting of MAPEH Department with Sir Caralipio.
8. November 22, 2021 Attended the PNS Virtual Flag Raising Ceremony.
9. November 29, 2021 Assisted in SDRRMC Resbakuna held in PNS.

IV. FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENTS

1. Acquired a personal owned laptop, printer and mobile device in doing reports and virtual meetings.

V. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
1. Served in vaccination of PNS students and parents last November 29,2021.
2. Distributed modules if students with the help of their parents.
