DEMAND LETTER

I am writing this demand letter as counsel for Tagum United Finance

Corporation.

Records show that your Father, Eleuterio Cañeda, mortgaged his property as
a security for the loan he contracted with our client. A scrutiny of the document
submitted yielded that you are one of the signatories of the documents along with
your Father. However, we discovered that the other identification cards are
simulated and those who appeared before our office misrepresented to be your
siblings.

Anent to this, I am humbly requesting you to execute an Affidavit narrating

the vital facts that are true and based on your personal knowledge. The management
is not inclined to utilize that affidavit in instituting charges against you or your
father as we would like to know only if our personnel had lapses in granting the
loan. That is an assurance. However, should you deliberately refuse to cooperate to
shed light on this matter, the management, through counsel will be constrained to
file appropriate administrative case before the CSC and other government agency.

I am anticipating for your favorable action Five (5) days from receipt of
Notice. Thank you.
