2. To promote gender equality through work: Gender Analysis helps make decisions in their
communities in poverty reduction that set the stage for gender equality.
Gender analysis as a practical process in asking key questions and understanding the
differences of men and women in terms of needs and capabilities, roles and responsibilities,
and access and control to resources, among others. To address the gender stereotyping here in
our city we will start and target one of most populated barangay here in our locality. By share
the gender analysis we can guide the community
