Is MOOC equivalent to summer school or 21 days training program? Or Can I use

it for career promotion?
Academy has no say in providing equivalencies of such type as it is beyond the
scope of a MOOC.

Do I need to apply through proper channel? Or Should I take official permission

from my organisation?
The Academy doesn’t require the permission/forwarded letter of your competent
authority to join in MOOC. However, it is suggested to follow your organization’s
rules and regulations.

What is the fee requirement?

The MOOC is free to access, learn and participate. However, to acquire online
certificate for course completion/course participation, the payment of “certificate
fee” is mandatory. The bank details on payment process will be given in the
results notification.

How do I interact with faculty?

All participants can post their doubts through Doubt Clarification from Faculty
discussion forum under each topic. The faculty/expert will document all the
clarifications and provide answers in text format before completion of the course.
The text format will be uploaded in the elearning portal.

What kind of doubts can be asked?

Confine your doubts only to chapters/units provided in the course. The candidates
are advised not to ask basic questions. (Eg. What is experiential learning? It cannot
be a doubt).

What kind of interaction should be avoided in discussion forum?

Kindly do not post pleasantry messages like” The lesson is Very Informative,
useful” etc., Rather contribute to discussions and add value with your inputs

What should be avoided during MOOC?

No copying or plagiarism is allowed for submission of assignments if any. Such
instance can deprive of certification.

Will I get certificate as hardcopy or by post or by mail?

The certificate can be downloadable after results declaration and payment of fees.
To download the certificate, you have to log into the course using your registered
username and password.
