Good day sir, I receive your letter yesterday december 4, 2021and

understand your concern, We apologize because you did not get
the kitchen knives you wanted in our product.

It's our fault because we didn't send you the pictures of our products
first so that you can choose the one you like.because of what happened,
we will send you a different types of knives therefore you can choose the better
one.

Thank you for letting us know your complaint right away, because of this
we learned something and we assure you sir that this won't happen again.
