Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

The Himamaylan Baptist Church Young People and Young Teens Organization will be having
their Friday Night fellowship once again this coming Friday, January 14, 2021. In view
thereof, we would like to request from your good office to allow us to use the following
equipment of our church, five (5) wireless microphones, old mixer, mic stand, speakers, and
cords.

Rest assured that the organization will take care of the borrowed equipment and will inform
the church of all the problems that may arise upon using the equipment.
