You are required to draft a complete file on the application by Originating Summons for a
Letter of Administration and Distribution of Estate.
The deceased, a Muslim died in December 2020. The deceased survived by her four children
(all are adults). All the legal heir preferred that the eldest heir should apply for a Letter of
Administration but he is illiterate. They then agreed and consented that the youngest heir
should apply for the Letter of Administration. List of assets consists of immovable properties
only.
