FRUIT SALAD

INGREDIENTS
 1/4 cup fresh pineapple, diced
 1 orange, peeled and cut into wedges
 1/2 red apple, diced
 5 red seedless grapes, halved
 5 white seedless grapes, halved
 2 cups of strawberry flavored yogurt
PREPARATION
Mix the pineapple, orange, apple, and grapes in a bowl. Pour the yogurt on
top and stir to completely coat the fruit.
Ready to serve.
CEVICHE
INGREDIENTS
 700 grams of fish
 1/2 unit of ají limo
 Salt to taste
 1 tablespoon coriander
 1 tablespoon of ají limo
 1 cup of lemon juice
 1/2 cup of tiger milk
 1 onion unit
 sweet potato
 shelled corn
 Court Serrana
PREPARATION
1. Cut the fish into cubes and reserve.
2. Pass the ajÍ limo all over the base of the bowl where the ceviche will be
prepared.
3. Add the cut fish to that bowl.
4. Add salt, coriander and ají limo. Mix.
5. Add lemon juice and mix. Add the tiger milk and continue mixing for a
few seconds.
6. Add the onion cut into a feather, mix and serve.
7. In a plate place lettuce, sweet potato, onion, ceviche, squid pork rinds,
corn and mountain field.
