Step 1 : Take a pause from whatever work you are doing

Step 2: Bring your attention to the sensation of foot on the floor

Step 3: Bring yourself to this room where you are right now, everytime mind wanders bring your
attention back to the foot and observe the things happening around you

Step 4: Lean back and release any tension in your shoulders

Step 5: Continue to do this till you feel relaxed
