Isolation Protection Program

The world has made great strides with regards to preventing COVID-19 infections.
However, even with the safe and effective vaccines that are now widely available, it is
not possible to 100% guarantee an individual will not test positive for COVID-19.

We know the prospect of needing to self-isolate and travel home at a later time from
the rest of the group can be intimidating. Furthermore, we fully believe that traveling
today is extremely safe. For these reasons and to offer additional peace-of-mind, we
have introduced our Isolation Protection Program at no additional cost.

The program covers the following:

• Food and Lodging until you are able to return home

• Any fare difference or reasonable transportation costs for return travel
• The costs for 1 adult per group to remain with travelers under the age of 18.

To qualify, everyone in your group must present a negative COVID-19 PCR test that
was performed within 72 hours of scheduled departure. Anyone who tests positive, will
not be permitted to travel. However, if they hold travel insurance, they would be able to
seek a full refund.

Additionally, for individuals to be covered under this program they must:

• Hold a standard or enhanced travel protection policy sold by TripMate, or a

policy with or without CFAR sold by Travel Insured International.
o This policy will serve as “primary” payment, and BRT will reimburse
anything not covered.
• Hold proof of being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 prior to departure (as
defined by the CDC).

*Any and all refunds due to a positive test result are at the discretion of the insurance provider. Contact
your provider for full details regarding what is and is not covered. Additional costs must be pre-approved
by Bob Rogers Travel, and paid initially by the traveler. Bob Rogers Travel will provide reimbursement
after the completion of a travel protection claim.
