    Present case file is being taken up today as per order No. 798/RG/DHC/2021
    dated 29.10.2021 of Hon'ble Delhi High Court.
    In terms of aforesaid order of Hon’ble Delhi High Court, directions for taking
    up   all   the   matters   physically   as   well   as   through   video   conferencing   have   been
    passed by the office of Ld. Principal District & Sessions Judge, North West, Delhi
    vide office order No.33054­33117/F2(1)/Judl/NW/RC/2021 dated 29.10.2021.
