MANIFESTATION WITH MOTIONS TO DEFER/SUSPEND THE

FILING OF INFORMATION IN COURT AND TO DEFER THE
PROCEEDINGS

I, RESPONDENT ALEJANDRO TELIN JR., before this

Honorable Office most respectfully files this Manifestation with
motions to defer/suspend the filing of Information in court and to defer the
proceedings, and states that:

1. On March 03, 2020, the Honorable Office of the City

Prosecutor of Tagum issued JOINT RESOLUTION
recommending the filing of an information before the
Regional Trial Court against respondents.

2. I timely filed my MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION [Re:

Order dated March 03, 2020];

3. On July 23, 2020, Office of the City Prosecutor issued the

assailed RESOLUTION denying my Motion for
Reconsideration which was received by me on September 22,
2020;

4. Based on the 2000 NPS Rule on Appeals, I have Fifteen (15)

days to file a Petition for Review before the Office of the
Secretary of Justice from receipt of the RESOLUTION of the
Honorable City Prosecutor;
 PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, I respectfully pray that the

instant resolutions directing the filing of the Information against me
be suspended and deferred pending the filing of my Petition for
Review before the Office of the Secretary of Justice.

All other reliefs as are just and deemed equitable are also
prayed for.
