Speaking in Professional Context1
1. I spend 70% of my time learning speaking on campus, while every time I go to college, I
automatically learn English. But for the time outside of college, I do not apply how long I studied
English. I am used to reading the dictionary on my cellphone. I often watch movies. Sometimes I
don't turn on the subtitles, I practice listening at the same time. I also read English articles and
translated some English poems. And every time I found a new vocabulary, I would check it in the
dictionary. And also I often learn speaking by talking alone in my room or with my family.
2. 55% because I'm actually not the type of person who likes to allocate time to study. You could
even say I'm actually lazy to study. I will learn according to mood only (mood). Maybe if I want
to, I'll watch an English movie. And it's probably about 2 hours long. Could be more or less. But,
if suddenly curious about a material, I can read books or browse materials. Well, if I'm in that
mood, I can spend about 3 hours. I'll stop when at least I get the points. It could also be in my
spare time, when I open YouTube, suddenly there is interesting content about English, so I
watched it until I got bored.
