1. It is respectfully submitted that above mentioned case is
pending before this Hon’ble Court fixed for today i.e ………….
2. That respondent is residing in a area which is declared
containment zone by the public authorities as many cases were
detected in his area.
3. That the respondent’s Cook who was also found positive of
Coronavirus in his result. Due to this incident respondent was
also feeling symptomatic and made a decision to do a
coronavirus test, and coronavirus test result will be out in one
or two days.
4. In the view thereof, it is humbly and respectfully prayed that
the personal appearance of the above named respondent may
kindly be exempted in hearing fixed for today.
