special offers will make the old customers glad and curious about the pack that you can
offer them. The good experience and approach that is given to the customers might
earn a referral to the other possible customers. Advertising is also one of the biggest
influential things to do when it comes to enlarging the business. With these things going
around your business, customers will surely be abundant.

Which Customer relationships have we established?


- The relationship that has been established was “Personal Assistance”’ based on
human interaction. The customer can communicate with a real customer
representative to get help during the sales process or after the purchase is
complete. This also can happen onsite like sending message and call through
messenger or any application that will allow the customer to communicate with
one another.
How are they integrated with the rest of our business model?
- It is integrated in a way that the business used the way where customers will ask
about the information about the product to the other consumer who tried it.

How costly are they?


- It is way more expensive than self-service if it is about how much it consumed on
the field of the business paying the assistance that is given by the customer. The
more employee you have the more expenses will come out, but it will give the
business more benefits the same way around.
